We want you to be fully satisfied with your Badgley Mischka purchase; therefore, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that evening wear and shoes must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective materials and tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
